Examples of poorly encrypted code will be provided. Contestants are asked to crack the code simply for the glory. Full explanation will then be provided as to what the flaws were and how to avoid such flaws in your own encryptions. This is NOT intended to explain or promote cracking or hacking in any way. Instead the aim is to provide a greater awareness of flawed encryption and how dangerous lack of understanding of encryption can be. If anyone believes that any entry specifically promotes or advances hackers or cracking, please inform us via an email or forum post.
